In the “Löwen”, the day begins with a hearty breakfast in the light-filled conservatory. Eggs, fruit, “Eichsfelder Landbrot” – a local brown bread - the region is home to numerous organic farmers, whose products our kitchen staff uses for their fresh crossover cuisine. In winter, crystal chandeliers with mint-coloured details light the furniture, its country-house style emphasising the character of the breakfast buffet. And when snowflakes fall on the glass roofs of the conservatory, you do not want to get up from the cosy armchairs.
